Dlatego tak wiele os\u00f3b zwleka z decyzj\u0105 o terapii \u2013 czasem latami.<\/p><p class=\"!text-neutral-a12\">W moim gabinecie pracuj\u0119 z doros\u0142ymi, kt\u00f3rzy czuj\u0105, \u017ce alkohol, narkotyki, hazard, gry czy inne zachowania sta\u0142y si\u0119 problemem \u2013 zar\u00f3wno dla nich samych, jak i dla ich bliskich. Szczeg\u00f3ln\u0105 uwag\u0119 po\u015bwi\u0119cam osobom, dla kt\u00f3rych anonimowo\u015b\u0107 i dyskrecja maj\u0105 ogromne znaczenie: kobietom, osobom LGBT+ oraz tym, kt\u00f3rzy zajmuj\u0105 wysokie stanowiska zawodowe i spo\u0142eczne.<\/p><p class=\"!text-neutral-a12\">Uzale\u017cnienie rzadko pojawia si\u0119 nagle. Zaczyna si\u0119 niewinnie \u2013 od \u201ejednego kieliszka\u201d, \u017ceby odpr\u0119\u017cy\u0107 si\u0119 po pracy. Z czasem jednak tolerancja ro\u015bnie, pojawiaj\u0105 si\u0119 czarne dziury w pami\u0119ci, poranne l\u0119ki i poczucie, \u017ce bez tego \u201eco\u015b\u201d ju\u017c nie da rady. Podobnie bywa z innymi u\u017cywkami. Im d\u0142u\u017cej to trwa, tym trudniej przyzna\u0107 si\u0119 do potrzeby pomocy.<\/p><p class=\"!text-neutral-a12\">W Polsce wci\u0105\u017c trudno jest otwarcie powiedzie\u0107: \u201emam problem\u201d. Strach przed ocen\u0105, wykluczeniem czy utrat\u0105 reputacji sprawia, \u017ce wiele os\u00f3b cierpi w samotno\u015bci. Dlatego oferuj\u0119 r\u00f3\u017cne formy wsparcia \u2013 zar\u00f3wno indywidualn\u0105 terapi\u0119, jak i mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 do\u0142\u0105czenia do grupy HFA (alkoholicy wysokofunkcjonuj\u0105cy), a tak\u017ce do grup Anonimowych Alkoholik\u00f3w, Anonimowych Narkoman\u00f3w czy Al-Anon dla bliskich os\u00f3b uzale\u017cnionych. Dost\u0119pna jest te\u017c terapia stacjonarna oraz online.<\/p><p class=\"!text-neutral-a12\">Je\u015bli czujesz, \u017ce to ju\u017c ten moment, kiedy chcesz co\u015b zmieni\u0107 \u2013 nie musisz
